Job Description:
A company is looking for an Arbitration Administrative
Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Arbitration
Strategy department.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Arbitration Strategy team by coordinating meetings,
managing emails, and maintaining electronic files
Review and update documents related to arbitration and collaborate
with various departments to resolve issues
Organize documents and reports for evaluation and complete special
projects as assigned
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in physician healthcare reimbursement and understanding
of revenue cycle management
Some college preferred in health administration, business
administration, finance, or a related field
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and
proficiency in Excel
Knowledge of medical billing guidelines, reimbursement, and
compliance
Ability to work with confidential information and demonstrate HIPAA
compliance
