Our office is looking to hire a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team! We are a private PPO office in Oxnard looking to bring in a friendly and experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to our multi-specialty, digital officeThe right person will be a great asset to our care-oriented family practiceAt our office, we value providing the best patient care and experience possible while also working as a team to be as efficient as we can be in our dutiesOur staff feels like family here and we work hard to make this a positive, encouraging environment to work inWe are looking forward to adding the right person to our work-family and to helping our office grow! Compensation: D.O.ESchedule: 8 A.M- 5 P.MMonday through Thursday and 8 A.M- 1 P.MFridays Our ideal Dental Treatment Coordinator feels comfortable talking about money with patients and has experience working in a dental practiceDuties for our Dental Treatment Coordinator include:

• Explain the treatment plan, address patient concerns and answer any questions
• Assist the patient in prioritizing the treatment and establish a plan for scheduling and payment
• Communicate with all outside and third-party financing companies offered to patients and educate patients on the available outside financing options
• Track patient accounts receivable and outstanding balances to ensure timely payment
• Check patients in & out
• Send in e-Rx, medical clearances, and specialist referrals as needed
• Communicate with our visiting endodontist and periodontist regarding their upcoming schedules
• Perform general office duties and other duties as required #CB
