Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance Business Partner to drive
financial insight and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business teams to create financial forecasts,
budgets, and models
Develop and monitor critical financial performance metrics and
communicate insights
Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management
for informed decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA
preferred
Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
roles
5+ years of Finance Business Partner experience in tech firms and
established organizations
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to drive resource
allocation
High proficiency with financial software and reporting tools,
including Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
