Credit and Collections Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Credit and Collections Specialist to manage financial tasks related to account balances.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and resolve outstanding invoices for an assigned portfolio
Address billing inquiries and disputes while identifying and resolving collection issues
Assist with unidentified payment applications and meet month-end close deadlines

Required Qualifications and Education

Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable and/or Collections experience
High school diploma/GED required; Associate degree in a business-related field preferred
Experience in handling escalated research situations
