Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to
contribute to the monthly close process and drive efficiencies
within the accounting team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations during the
monthly close process
Participate in the internal and external financial reporting
process, including preparation of annual and quarterly reports
Drive process improvements and develop analytical tools to
streamline accounting functions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA certification
3+ years of recent financial reporting or accounting experience
Strong expertise in US GAAP accounting and SEC reporting rules and
regulations
Understanding of Sarbanes Oxley requirements from a compliance
standpoint
